A modern browser on a phone, tablet or desktop for the tracker app, and any PDF reader that supports form fields for the fillable pack.
Updates
Updates are free. Improvements to the tracker app appear automatically, and updated PDFs are available through your redemption code.
Refunds
Digital product, so no returns once the redemption code has been used. If something doesn't work as described, email and it gets fixed or refunded.

Access, refunds and the small print
How do I get access after buying?
Etsy and Gumroad send a redemption code straight after payment. Create an account on the Redeem page, enter the code, and the tracker app unlocks on that account immediately.
How long does access last?
It is a one-off purchase with no subscription and no expiry. Your account keeps access to the toolkit you redeemed, including future improvements to the app.
Can I use it on my phone and my laptop?
Yes. The tracker runs in any modern browser. Sign in on each device with the same account. Your entries are saved in the browser you type them in, and each dashboard has an export/import backup so you can move a project between devices.
Where is my project data stored?
In your own browser, not on our servers. We only store your account and which toolkits you have unlocked. Nobody at LSR can see your addresses, prices or figures.
What is your refund policy?
Because the code unlocks a digital product instantly, there are no returns once it has been redeemed. If something does not work as described, email within 30 days and it gets fixed or refunded.
Do I need Excel or any other software?
No. The tracker is web-based, and the fillable PDF pack works in any PDF reader that supports form fields, including the free ones.
