Terms and Conditions

LSR Project Office is a sole trader business operated by Liam Roberts, contactable at liam@lsrprojectoffice.co.uk.

Each toolkit is a web-based tracker app (desktop and mobile) plus a fillable PDF pack. Access is unlocked using a registration key sent to the email address used at checkout. Toolkits are not downloadable spreadsheet or document files, they're delivered as ongoing access to a hosted web application.

Prices are shown in GBP on Etsy, Gumroad, and our website. Payment is taken by Etsy or Gumroad at the point of purchase; we don't process or store your card details.

Your registration key is issued automatically after payment. Etsy orders may take up to a few hours to process; Gumroad orders are issued instantly. If your key hasn't arrived within 24 hours, contact liam@lsrprojectoffice.co.uk.

Because this is instant-access digital content, normal consumer cancellation rights work a little differently.

• Before your key is issued: contact us within 24 hours of your order and we'll cancel and refund in full.
• Once your key has been issued and redeemed: by redeeming your key and accessing the tracker app, you agree that access has begun and you acknowledge that this ends your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. We're not able to offer a refund once the toolkit has been accessed, except where the product is faulty or hasn't been delivered as described.
• Faulty or non-delivery: if your key doesn't work or the app isn't accessible, contact us and we'll fix it or refund you.

This doesn't affect your other statutory rights.

Your registration key gives you a personal licence to use the tracker app and PDF pack for your own property project. You can't resell, redistribute, or share your access with anyone outside your own household or project.

We aim to keep the tracker apps available at all times but can't guarantee uninterrupted access. We'll give notice where possible if planned maintenance affects access.

The toolkits are planning and tracking tools built on construction project management practice. They don't replace professional legal, financial, or surveying advice. We're not liable for decisions made using the toolkits, and our liability is limited to the price you paid.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your order.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
