Privacy Policy

LSR Project Office is a sole trader business run by Liam Roberts. Contactable at liam@lsrprojectoffice.co.uk. We are the data controller for the information described below.

• When you buy through Etsy or Gumroad: we receive your order details (name, email address, and item purchased) from Etsy or Gumroad so we can issue your registration key. We don't receive your payment details, Etsy and Gumroad handle payment directly.
• When you create an account to use a tracker app: we collect the email address and password you register with. Passwords are stored securely and we never see them in plain text. We also hold a record of which toolkit(s) your account is entitled to access.
• When you contact us: we keep a record of any correspondence so we can help with support requests or follow up on an order.

• To issue your registration key and give you access to the tracker app.
• To provide customer support and answer questions about your order.
• To let you know about a major update to a toolkit you own.

We don't use your details for marketing unless you've separately opted in, and we never sell or share your information with third parties beyond what's needed to deliver your order.

Order and account data is processed by the tools we use to run the service: Supabase (account access and app data, hosted in the EU), and Brevo (sending your registration key and account emails). These providers only use your data to help us deliver the service to you.

We keep order and account records for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet our legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your data at any time, subject to what we're required to keep by law.

Under UK GDPR, you can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact liam@lsrprojectoffice.co.uk for any of these requests.

The website uses basic analytics to understand how visitors use the site. No information collected this way identifies you personally. Non-essential cookies are only set once you've given consent via the cookie banner shown on your first visit.
